Hayden V. Bower

Hayden V. Bower joined Rizvi Traverse Management in 2007 with ten years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Rizvi Traverse Management, Mr. Bower served as a Vice President at Platinum Equity, a Beverly Hills based private equity firm, where he performed all aspects of M&A deal execution and served on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies. Prior to Platinum Equity, Mr. Bower worked in the Transaction Services practice of Arthur Andersen and the Assurance and Advisory practice of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Bower holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a registered CPA in the state of California.
